When we first heard from Jackie and Ben almost a year ago, we immediately felt a kinship to them, even if just through emails and a quick phone call.  They were planning their DIY wedding at Green Pastures in South Austin, and we were lucky enough to make our way into their plans.  :)  I (Sarah, here) can honestly say that I’m a bit sad that it’s over… since Jackie had become one of those pen-pals where I could share favorite web sites, and gain the recommendations of their favorite NYC spots (since they live in Hoboken). We had even planned to stay with them on our trip there this summer, until Hurricane Irene flooded the public transport.  They are grounded, but playful; super sweet but oh so genuine, and their wedding was the kind that makes you remember what it’s all about.  Love, family and dancing. We’re so proud to share some favorites from their wedding with you!  Ladies and gents… Jackie and Ben!
